General Terms & Conditions

At the time of booking 50% of the total stay will be charged by credit card as deposit which is non-refundable. The balance is payable at arrival in cash or by credit card. A deposit of 200 € (studios or holiday cottage) or 300 € (holiday house) is to be deposited at check-in.

In case of cancellation the following charges will apply:

From the day of the booking up to 12 weeks before arrival: 50% = deposit,
12 weeks to 1 week before arrival 80%,
Then 100% of the total accommodation amount.

Terms and conditions for riding activities and donkey hikes:

A deposit of 50% will be charged by credit card, which will be retained as a fee in case of cancellation. If the ride or the hike fail due to weather conditions, a new date will be assigned, or a voucher issued.
