Description of Studio Polly
Our Studio Polly is protected in the middle of the picturesque lemon garden and has a very spacious outdoor seating area. So you can relax in a private atmosphere and enjoy the sunshine of Majorca.
Studio Polly has about 45 m² and completely level and barrier-free. There is a double bed (1,60m x 2,00m), as well as sofa bed available for a third person. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove and an oven. When cooking you can look directly into the lemon garden and be inspired by the nature of Mallorca. The bathroom is also wheelchair accessible and has a very large walk-in shower.
Relax in your lemon garden and let the day end romantically on the Hollywood swing.

- Children are welcome! Please note that children are counted as adults for pricing and occupancy. Each child counts as one person when making your booking.
- Deposit: €200 (to be deposited upon arrival)
- Final cleaning: €80 (payable upon arrival)
- Guest dogs are warmly welcomed by our dog ladies Lotti, Trudi, Hedi & Helene and are of course allowed to stay with us for free.
- There is the possibility to deposit the luggage safely after check out.
If you don’t see your desirable dates available please fill out booking inquiry below as it is possible that we can free up the house for you.
